I knew I needed user personas in order to deepen the empathy anchoring my design process—but 2023 me didn’t have them. So, I pulled from the same UX research and empathy maps to build three archetypes that feel real.
Why now?
- Personas bring structure to the patterns I’ve already discovered.
- They help me move from insights into actionable design considerations.
- They’ll be my go-to guides for feature prioritization, tone, and consistent empathy as I prototype.
