I took the hypotheses for Clara, Daniel, and Aisha and started asking: what exactly do users need to do in the configurator? What would success look like for each?

Breaking it down helped me translate broad “if/then” ideas into concrete goals — with a focus on who benefits and why, plus how to measure if it’s working.

Defining clear actions

For Clara, the Active Seeker, the key is speed and clarity — she needs to customize and confirm quickly without friction.

Daniel, the Future Planner, needs ways to save progress and explore without pressure, so features like “save and return” are crucial.

Aisha, the Guided Explorer, wants a fun, shareable experience — so social sharing and intuitive guidance are must-haves.
